You can easily create a social link or a section so your followers can directly contact you via Telegram. 

Set up a Telegram username

You can set up a public username on Telegram. Once you’ve set up a username, you can give people a t.me/username link. 

Opening that link on their phone will start up their Telegram app and open a chat with you. You can share username links with your followers without sharing your phone number.
